Multiplication Mosaics


Multiplication Mosaics

For the past few weeks, my math group has been making these Multiplication Mosaics. It took a while but the finished product is amazing. We took inspiration from tiki drawing. Now come on a journey to find out how we made them. 

First, we printed out an image:

                                                                       
                            Then we used old OHT paper to trace the image and write numbers in:
                 
                                                                             
                                                       Next, we photocopied the OHT:
